the cube @ grand central station
copywriter
Days before the highly anticipated premiere of Severance season 2 (she's alive!), we dropped Lumon Industries into the middle of NYC's Grand Central Station. A cast of actors playing severed employees went about their mysterious and important work for 18 hours over the course of two days inside a glass cube containing the iconic MDR desks and unsettling green carpet. The stars of the show even entered the cube up for a few hours as their in-world "innies", giving commuters a wonderful yet tricky to explain excuse as to why they were late for work.

Not only did people like it, the right people liked it, and the stunt won a Gold and Silver Pencil at The One Show 2025. Praise Kier!

Ben Stiller really liked it, too.

copywriter / assistant director
We brought a one-to-one recreation of the severed floor to the freaks and fans of San Diego Comic Con. Working with an experimental theater director and cast of actors playing roles within the Severance universe, we created a completely immersive experience with multiple storylines dependent on guest interaction. To maintain throughput and narrative, we used CCTV placed throughout the experience to observe and live direct each actor, giving cues on how to interact and when to push/hold groups. It was the must-see activation at SDCC 2022.
And Ben Stiller really liked it, too.
